  • CRISD Blog publishes commentaries, op-eds, review articles, and analysis on the aforementioned topics. The content of these articles are informative, critical, and analytical and they contribute to theories and concepts covered in CRISD research topics.
  • Articles contribute to current scholarly conversations and social development.
  • Articles address practices, phenomenon and issues manifested in a specific group or context with a scholarly, unbiased and abstract outlook
  • Articles about daily politics and polemics are not published.
  • CRISD Blog aims to be a platform for local perspectives, voices and experiences. Thus, it envisions a global exchange and conversation enriched by authentic local voices.
  • Pseudonyms are not allowed
  • Articles violating privacy and containing defamatory or promotional contents about a group or individual, without any scholarly concern, are not allowed.
  • Currently, the authors are not paid.
  • Authors share their personal opinions. They do not represent the official opinion(s) of Chicago Research Institute for Social Development (CRISD).
